The Womens Inline Hockey League is a new initiative by Skate Victoria, the Victorian Inline Hockey Assocation and the Victorian Government. It welcomes women of all standards to play, coach, referee and help run in the league in a professional atmosphere.

They are three divisions:

Division 1

The Division 1 is the showcase of Women's Inline Hockey in Victoria, providing a challenging environment for elite female players.

Division 2

The Division 2 is for beginner players of 15 years and older. The season is based at four rinks: Bayswater, Dandenong, Lilydale and Mordialloc. Division 2.

Development:

Development is promoting Inline Hockey to girls aged 14 and under. Also, organising mini-tournaments each month to increase the numbers of players so in the future run a weekly round season.
